Our Sections
The Cutting section is set-up in single floor with IMA Italy Brand Spreader machine and 2x20mtr cutting table and have very professional operating team to run the section.
We have available 10 sets of KM Brand cutting machine (8” & 10”) and we can lay & cut the fabrics faster. Our capacity to cut the fabrics is around 12,000 Pcs of woven long pant in a day.
We have WINDA Brand Fabric Inspection machine and after in house the fabrics at our store we can inspect to find out if there are any problem on fabrics. We also have WINDA Brand Pattern Cutting Machine and 2 sets of Plotter & Digitizer for CAD system with Lectra software. All patterns are making by CAD and production marker printing by CAD system.
We have started with 8 sewing lines and arranging another 2 lines within very short time in the same building.
We are using all upgraded machines and mostly are sets include automatic thread teamer with LED light which brands are JUKI, KANSAI, NISHO, HAM etc.
We have some JUKI Brand special machines for Pocket setter, Loop making & attaching machine, Pocket hemming machine, Welting machine & Bottom Hemming machine etc.
Our sewing capacity is around 8000 pcs per day & 200,000 Pcs per months.
We have set-up our Finishing section in an individual floor which area is around 6000 sft. In this floor we have a ‘Metal Free Zone Area’ where we use 2(two) nos of LOCK BRAND Needle Detector Machine.
We have YKK snap button attaching machine, NISHO BRAND Thread
Cleaning / sucking machine, and Spot Remover machine etc.
Our finishing capacity is around 10,000 pcs in a day. Using Viet Iron tables and standard Iron Machines.
We have set-up our Sample & product development section run by highly experienced technical person.
We always giving high priority for sample development and producing samples quickly in acceptable quality are part of our culture.
